How much cashback can I get?
Cashback depends on the individual order value: 10% from €200, 15% from €500, 20% from €800, 25% from €1,000. It applies to each order, not cumulative spending.
How do I receive the coupon?
20 days after your order, if you haven't made a return, you'll automatically receive an email with your personal discount code (prefix FBC-).
Why do I have to wait 20 days?
The waiting period ensures the order isn't returned. If you make a return, the coupon won't be generated.
Can the coupon be combined with other discounts?
Cashback coupons are valid exclusively on full-price products and cannot be combined with other promotions, sales, or the welcome discount.
How long does the coupon last?
Each cashback coupon is valid for 3 months from the date of generation. You'll receive an email reminder before it expires.
