All orders received by 3.00 PM, are shipped on the same day as the order (orders received on holidays are excluded).

No, shipments and deliveries are carried out by Monday to Friday. We do not ship on weekends and on National Holidays.

Yes, you can enter a shipping address different from the billing address during checkout.
If you prefer to receive your order at the office or at a concierge, please clearly indicate the name of the contact person.
After shipping, it will no longer be possible to change the delivery address.

- They must be provided with the original safety label. The absence of this label will invalidate the return.
- Products marked with the label "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

The customer agrees tosend the return within 3 working daysfrom the receipt of the RMA confirmation. In case of issues with the pickup or delivery of the return, please contact ourcustomer serviceentro48 hours.
Who covers the shipping costs for the return?
- Defective products or shipping errors: Ferraris Boutique will cover the return costs.
- Other reasons (change of mind, wrong size, etc.): The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
- Non-EU Returns: Any customs duties and reimportation fees of the product will be deducted from the refund.
- If the customer chooses to ship with their own courier, they assume the full responsibility for any damage or loss.

The conventioned return service depends on the courier's availability. Ferraris Boutique reserves the right to refuse service if the area of origin is not covered by the courier.
In alternative, the customer can arrange the shipment with their own courier, assuming responsibility for any damage or loss.

- In case of returns sent by own means, the package must arrive within 7 days from the RMA confirmation.
