Return and Refunds
Orders can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

The return procedure is simple and immediate. You can choose from different types of returns:
- REFUND If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased or have simply changed your mind, you can return it and choose a full refund. We will reimburse you the entire amount spent.
- STORE CREDIT Once we receive your return, we will issue a 6-month coupon of the same value as your order. This can be used for any products on our e-commerce platform or in our stores.

Return terms and conditions
- Returned products must have the same security tag as when received.
- The returned products must not have been used.
- The products must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Any tampering, washing, damage, or any kind of alteration will invalidate the return.
- The products should be carefully packed. Any damage due to improper packaging will invalidate the return.
- The products must be returned with all accessories, boxes, dusty bags, etc., exactly as received.
- If the customer chooses to return the products by himself, they will assume full responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft during the shipment.
- The availability of the return service is subject to the courier's availability. Ferraris Boutique reserves the right to deny the service if the origin area does not allow it.
- Refunds will be issued within 5 working days from receiving the return shipment.
- In case the customer chooses to cancel an order for reasons not attributable to Ferraris Boutique, any collection or refund costs will be deducted from the refund amount of the order (see, for example, PayPal collection costs).
- In the case of returns from outside Europe, any customs costs or expenses related to the re-importation of the product will be deducted from the refund.
- The refusal of delivery will not be accepted as a return. All expenses incurred for the return of the order will be deducted from the refund.
- The customer agrees to ship the return within 3 working days from receiving the RMA confirmation. In case of issues with the pickup or delivery of the return, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us within 48 hours from the date of booking the pickup.
- In case of a return made by the customer and without the possibility of using the "convened return," the customer agrees to send the shipment within 7 days of the RMA confirmation.
- Returns received out of time will be refused.
